Platform programs charge one convenience-priced rate card to every seller and add nothing on the China side: no consolidation across suppliers, no inspection, no prep. When you book freight yourself through a forwarder, you pay for your actual lane, volume, and timing, and you can mix sea, air, and express. For a very small one-off shipment the convenience of a program can be worth it, which is why we quote side by side against your current option instead of promising a fixed saving.
No. You make four decisions: what to ship, which route and quote to approve, the shipment plan in your seller account, and when to release goods after inspection. ECOMCARE's team in China handles supplier pickup, consolidation, inspection, prep and labeling, export documents, carrier booking, customs coordination, and tracking until the goods are received.
We ship to Amazon FBA and AWD, to Fulfilled by TikTok and Temu-related warehouses, and to any 3PL, prep center, or private warehouse address used by Shopify, WooCommerce, and multi-channel sellers. One booking can be split across several destinations.
Logistics order processing is $100 per order, and cargo insurance is 3% of declared value. Product inspections and factory audits start at $200. Freight itself is quoted per lane and mode, and you can estimate China-to-FBA sea freight in our logistics calculator before asking for a quote.
Nothing ships until you decide. You get the inspection report with photos and video before freight is booked, and you choose whether the factory reworks, replaces, or ships with a documented deviation. That decision is far cheaper in China than after the stock reaches a fulfillment center.
