Importing furniture from China — does the full shipment match the sample?
Dimensions off, wrong moisture level, finish that looked right in photos — these show up after the shipment arrives. Book a 15-min call and we'll tell you exactly what to verify before you release your balance payment.

Step 1 / 3What a supplier photo cannot tell you
Your sample was approved. The production run is different.
The golden sample was built by hand, slowly, by the factory's best worker. The run was not.
Moisture, dimensions, finish — you can't check these from photos.
A moisture meter reads 14% or it doesn't. No photograph will tell you which.
You find out something is wrong when the goods are already on their way.
Once the balance is paid and the container is sealed, your leverage is gone.

Our supervisor is on the floor before your balance payment goes out.
How we work
Tell us your product and supplier
Case goods, upholstery, flat-pack, outdoor — the checks differ for each.
Our supervisor visits the factory
You watch live and ask questions in real time. Dimensions, moisture, hardware, and finish are measured while you're on the call.
You decide before the shipment leaves — not after
Approve the run, or hold the balance payment until the factory fixes what we found.
In 15 minutes you'll know:
- What to check on your specific product before balance payment
- Where furniture shipments from China typically go wrong
- Whether your supplier's approval process covers what actually matters
